The customer portal: their own requests, and nothing else.
Kestrel admin
A second company. Full control of their own — and no way to reach /Tenants.
Kestrel rep
Their own book, inside the other company. None of the default company's records.

Accounts are seeded with the published password Demo!2345. Turn this off with Demo:Enabled in appsettings.Development.json.
